Return and refund policy

Thank you for choosing Luksus Lys for your handmade candles! We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade candles and want you to have the best experience possible. Please take a moment to read our policy regarding returns and reshipment.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, all candles are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on candles once they have been purchased. We encourage you to review your order carefully to ensure you are satisfied with your selections before finalizing your purchase.

Handmade Craftsmanship:

Every candle is handmade, which means that small imperfections may occasionally occur. These characteristics are part of what makes our candles special and reflects the handmade process behind them. We appreciate your understanding that these subtle variations are not defects, but rather part of the charm of handmade goods.

Reshipment Policy for Damaged Items:

While we strive for perfection, sometimes accidents happen during shipping. If your candle arrives damaged, please notify us at Luksus.lys@hotmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to process your claim. Once we verified the damage, we will gladly reship a replacement candle to you at no additional cost.

To initiate a reshipment, please follow these steps:

• Take clear photos of the damaged item, including the packaging (both inside and outside).
• Email us at Luksus.lys@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and the photos in your email.

Once we receive your request, we will respond promptly to resolve the issue
